Device Management (MDM)

Your computers, phones and tablets are managed from a single console: devices go to users ready to use, policies apply automatically and a lost device can be locked remotely.

Who is it for?

  • Businesses growing in headcount or opening new offices, where setting up every device by hand no longer scales.
  • Businesses that issue company phones or laptops but cannot say whether company data on a lost device can be wiped remotely.
  • Businesses with employees using personal devices for work (BYOD) and no way to limit access to email and files on them.
  • Businesses that must give a concrete answer to "are your devices centrally managed?" for an audit, an insurer or a customer security questionnaire.

Common problems

  • Handing a device to a new hire takes days because IT sets up each one manually.
  • Company email, files and VPN access are not closed in time when someone leaves.
  • Nobody knows each device's OS version or disk encryption status; the inventory lives in an out-of-date spreadsheet.
  • On personal devices, company and personal data mix, so removing company data risks touching personal data.

What we do

Zero-touch setup

A device leaves the box and starts up with company settings.

Policy and compliance

Password, encryption and update rules.

App deployment

Required apps install automatically.

Remote lock and wipe

Data stays protected if a device is lost or stolen.

Corporate / personal separation

Company data is kept apart on personal devices.

MDM migration

Move from your current solution without interruption.

What we deliver

  • Building the current device inventory and a status report by device and operating system.
  • Enrolling Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices into one central management platform.
  • Setting up a zero-touch flow: automatic configuration and app installation when a new device connects.
  • Defining device compliance policies such as screen lock, mandatory encryption and OS currency.
  • A work-profile / container setup for BYOD, so only company data is removed remotely.
  • A migration plan and rollout from an existing MDM platform without data loss, plus admin training and periodic compliance reports.

How we work

Trial with a small group.

Handover

Phased waves and training.

Compliance link

Central device management supports asset management: it records which devices access company networks and data. It also aligns with the access authorisation and data-loss prevention principles of the KVKK technical measures guidance, since remotely wiping company data from a lost device is a concrete measure against data breach risk. It relates directly to the asset management and mobile device policy controls of ISO 27001.

Frequently asked questions

What is MDM, and does a small business really need it?

MDM is a management system that lets you configure and monitor company-owned or work-use devices remotely. It makes sense for any business managing more than a few devices, with remote staff, or wanting to reduce the risk of lost devices.

What does zero-touch setup do?

When a new device is unboxed and connected to the network, required settings and apps install automatically, so IT does not have to handle each device individually.

If I use my personal phone for work, can the company access my private data?

In a correctly built setup, company and personal data are kept separate (work profile or container). The company has authority only over company data and apps, not over personal photos or messages.

Is there a risk of data loss when migrating from another MDM platform?

In a well-planned migration, devices are enrolled in the new platform and policies are tested before they are removed from the old one. This order keeps the risk of data loss to a minimum.
